I'm 55, and like many women at this stage of life, I've found myself entering a new chapter. With my children having flown the nest, I've had time to reflect and have realised how important it is for us to take care of ourselves as we age.
For years, we nurture everyone else. We juggle responsibilities, careers, families and commitments. Along the way, we can sometimes forget about our own wellbeing and I believe that this stage of life is about feeling confident and comfortable in our own skin.
This isn't about chasing our youth, it's about being the very best version of yourself and being full of confidence.
In my late 40's I qualified as a hairdresser, this sparked a deep passion for helping women feel their best. Later, I decided to train with Deborah Mitchell in Heaven Skincare, a brand known for its advanced, luxurious treatments.
I am fully qualified in professional facials, chemical peels, CO2 bubble facials, Heaven Bee Sting Facial, micro-needling, Korean lash lift and tint and Indian head massage. Each treatment is carefully chosen to support mature skin by improving tone, firmness, texture and overall radiance whilst offering a deeply relaxing and nurturing experience.
My aim is to create a comfortable, calming space within my home salon where you can truly relax and feel cared for. From the moment you walk through the door, this time is yours - unrushed, personal and centred completely around you.
In each and every appointment, I deliver person-centred care. This means listening to your concerns, understanding your skin and hair changes, and tailoring each treatment to suit your individual needs.
More than anything, I want you to leave feeling confident, empowered, and the very best version of yourself. When we invest in ourselves - even in small, gentle ways - it can transform how we carry ourselves every day.
